Vog / Health / Fitness Specialist


Over the years, Rick has been able to customize most all workouts to adjust to almost all settings, situations and surroundings. Due to recent lava activities on Mt. Kilauea, here on Big Island, the vog is something now that we all have to work with. For most athletes, this is another concern and thankfully Rick has taken this seriously and has updated his knowledge and skill set with this vog atmosphere.  Rick understands this and is a specialist on vog related information. He can change type of workouts depending on severity of vog -

On good days, workouts can focus more on cardio, and on bad days - more strength and conditioning, which is less impact on heavy, deep breathing so you can stay focused on maintaining our 

goal of staying active and healthy in our environments.
